The Vice Chancellor University of Sindh Professor Dr Nazir A Mughal has expressed deep sorrow on the sad and sudden demise of the first Pro Vice Chancellor of the University Ghulam Rabani Agro. In his condolence message, The Vice Chancellor said that Late Ghulam Rabani Agro was a man of letters who served the country in various capacities positively, including the services rendered to the University of Sindh during the 1970s.

The VC said valuable services rendered by Late Ghulam Rabani for SU, Sindhi Adabi Board, Pakistan Academy of Letters and Federal Public Service Commission would always be remembered. He also lauded the services for the promotion of Sindhi language and literature.
